SHIPPING & RETURNS
Thank you, for shopping at Soto’s Optical. And enjoy FREE shipping on all items. You should receive and email shortly after you have placed it. And a second email once the item has been shipped.
We ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as you order.
In general, for all our in stock items allow us 1-2 days processing time. For non-stock item please allow 3-5 days processing time. Once your item is shipped out, you will receive a conformation shipping email with tracking number. All shipping’s are done via USPS and should arrive within be 2-3 business days.
Soto’s Optical Boutique is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customer.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
The SotosOptical.com return policy is simple; your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned with original packaging in new and saleable condition. (Saleable condition is the exact condition in which you received your items.)Any damage will disqualify your return and refund. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. Final sales items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund and we will assign you a shipping label.
Include in your email a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Please allow 7-10 business days from the date we receive your return for your credit to be processed.
